This Privacy Policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data when using the Shopify App "Bruce" (hereinafter "App").
3. Data we collect from the Merchant (You)
When you install the App in your Shopify store, we receive access to certain information from your Shopify account:
- Shop Information: Shop name, shop domain, owner's email address.
Purpose: App functionality, billing, and important updates.
Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Performance of a contract).
4. Data we collect from your Shop Visitors
When visitors access your shop, our App loads banner content. The following data may be processed:
- IP Address & User Agent: Transmitted technically for content delivery. We do not store this data personally identifiable.
Note: We do not use cookies in your shop visitors' browsers for tracking purposes.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your data if necessary to provide the App or if we are legally required to do so.
- Shopify: Platform provider.
- Hosting Providers: Infrastructure in EU/USA with data protection standards (SCCs/Data Privacy Framework).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of your stored data. Please contact us at the email address above.
Upon uninstallation, your data (banners, settings) is automatically deleted after 48 hours.
